1.  For Udyam registration, first of all, you have to visit the official website of the National Single Windows System. https://www.nsws.gov.in/

2. Press the login button and choose the business login option, then click on the sign-up button located below.

after doing this, fill your required details, like full name, email, ID, mobile number and set password

3. Immediately after signing up, you will obtain an OTP that you need to use to validate your mobile phone and email ID.  After that, your account will be created, and you will have to use your email ID and the set password to login.

4. Once you log in, you will be prompted to enter your organization’s name, postal address, CIN number, date of incorporation, and director information. By filling out these details, you can continue the process and create your organization.

5. Following the creation of your organization, you will be required to finalize your organization’s profile. This involves entering additional business details, including your GST number and import/export code.

6. After completing the profile, you will see the option of Central Approval at the top of the menu given above. After clicking on it, you have to click on All Approvals, where you will start seeing the option of all registrations.

7. The central approval page features a search bar where you should input “msme” to include Udyam registration in your dashboard. After this step, return to your dashboard.

8. On the dashboard, you will see an approval list on the bottom side of the page that you have added. On its right side, an action button will be displayed, on which you can click and submit the required details.

9. Once you have submitted the final form, you will need to confirm your project using your organization’s digital signature before proceeding with the final submission.

10: After final submission, you will receive your Udyam registration certificate. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the certificate to arrive.

  • Email ID & Phone Number
  • Director KYC Document like Pan Adhar
  • Organization Digital Signature (DSC)
